All of us – beginners, mid-career, or experienced professionals – have areas of growth.

The MinnSPRA Mentorship Experience is designed to help close the knowledge gap between professionals and provide a mutually beneficial learning opportunity. Mentor pairs will be brought together based on skill sets. Each person in the program will act as both a mentor and mentee. Those in the program must have an understanding of both your strengths as a professional and the opportunities for growth. Mentors will be paired based on these important characteristics.

To join this program, please complete the registration form below. The cost to join is $15. Pairs will begin meeting once a month early this winter and continue through the remainder of the school year. Multiple organized opportunities for professional development will be included in the program through MinnSPRA.
