Good Trouble PR – Part 2

January 28, 2021 @ 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Free

Well, the journey continues for Good Trouble PR. In the last episode, our heroes dove headfirst into a world of self-discovery and reflection to fight inequity and racism in school communications. Soon, they will continue their quest by hearing firsthand from those who started Good Trouble Principals, including Mauri Friestleben from Minneapolis Public Schools. This conversation, as well as learning how to have Good Trouble conversations in general, will inform how they move forward in their endeavor. Join them!

Good Trouble PR Workshop
Thursday, Jan. 28, 2021
12:30-3:30 p.m.

As a reminder, here’s the purpose of Good Trouble PR: In the model of Good Trouble Principals, (http://goodtroubleprincipals.com/) we will use the power of our positions in an effort to affect real and meaningful change for our schools, students and communities. We will continue to seek ongoing professional development on equity, anti-racism and abolitionism to reshape our worldview and ensure we are attuned to impacts of our work. We will hold ourselves and one another accountable. Where we see systemic inequity or racial injustice, we will continuously strive to get in good, necessary trouble.
If this sounds like you, it’s not too late to join.
