Normally, the MinnSPRA annual meeting is presented at the spring seminar. Because we canceled the spring seminar due to COVID-19 social distancing requirements, we will hold the annual meeting live via Zoom at noon on Thursday, May 21 – scroll to the “Tickets” box at the bottom of this page to register. We will share the recording to any MinnSPRA member who is unable to attend but wants to watch the presentation. 

Typically during the annual meeting, we celebrate the chapter’s accomplishments and review our financial standing. This year, we will also take a vote to approve our proposed bylaws changes during the meeting. MinnSPRA Past President Barb Olson chaired a committee to review our bylaws, which hadn’t been updated since 2012, and made recommended changes. The MinnSPRA Board voted to approve the proposed bylaws changes at the February 2020 meeting. The proposed changes were reviewed and approved by NSPRA Board in March. MinnSPRA members will now vote on the proposed changes at this annual meeting. Click here to view the proposed MinnSPRA bylaw changes.

• Attend the annual meeting and vote on proposed bylaws changes
